A1 Facilities Management Ltd is committed to the health, safety and welfare of our clients. As a CORGI, NICEIC, and HETAS registered company, we are able to manage your property and schedule annual Property Health and Safety Check services. Each property will be visited by a specialist qualified engineer who will complete, by appointment, a full Property Health and Safety Check service. This will ensure that all statutory health and safety checks are completed. Our property Health and Safety Check service includes: 

  • Gas service/safety check 
  • Smoke alarm service/safety check 
  • Solid fuel service/safety check 
  • Gas installation safety check (for example, pipe-work to heaters or cookers)
